Why am I encountering error messages when I try signing up?

When signing up, error messages that appear will typically let you know what the error is. Such error messages can be:  

  1. You have an existing account 
  2. You need to sign-in using your organization’s portal to validate your SSO 
  3. If you need to resend an activation email. 

If you are encountering error messages, here are a few things you might want to check: 

  • Ensure you are using the correct information for your organization, such as ID number, membership number, etc. 
  • Email addresses & passwords are case sensitive.
