You can update your first and last name and phone number within the profile section once signed in. For email addresses, you will need to contact support to ensure you are eligible for a change. Certain organizations may require that you use your corporate email to sign up - however - you can contact us to update your email to a personal one afterwards.
If your organization uses SSO to sign up, you might need to re-validate your account by signing in through your organization’s portal.
Members can also update the email address that they send promotional emails to; it does not have to be the same email address that you created your account with (even if you are required to sign up with a corporate email address, you can choose to receive our promotional email to your personal email address instead. You can update the email address in your profile section.)
