I live in Ontario, why is only Ontario events restricted for me but I can buy for other locations?

The Ontario regulations apply to venues and events taking place in Ontario, regardless of where the attendee is from. The Ontario regulations do not apply to events outside of the province even if the person buying them is in Ontario.
