I forgot my username. How can I get it back?

Have you have forgotten your username? It's alright. Let's find it for you.

If you have forgotten your username we can email to you.

To have your username emailed:

1. Visit your program at https://Your Organization.venngo.com
2. On the sign in page click the Need help signing in? link just below the password field.
3. Within the Forgot your username? section of the page, provide the email address associated with your account.
4. Click the Submit button.
5. You will receive an email, sent to the email address provided in Step 3 above, with your information.

You should receive the email within a few minutes from Member Services (membersupport@venngo.com). If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
