For General Admission
- Locate the theatre of your choice on Cineplex.com or on the Cineplex app and select your preferred film and showtime to start the ticket purchase process.
- Enter the 16-digit coupon code on your Venngo ticket by selecting "ADD A CODE” in the “VOUCHER OR PROMO CODE" area and click APPLY.
- Your General Admission ticket will be automatically added to your order. Select the number of any additional tickets you would like to buy and click PROCEED.
- Confirm your purchase details are correct and click PROCEED to complete your payment.
- A copy of your eTickets(s) and a Purchase Confirmation for your order will be emailed to you. You can also view your eTickets(s) on the new Cineplex App.
- For admittance, proceed to the ticket taker at the podium to scan your eTickets(s) using your phone either through email or the new Cineplex App. Printing a paper ticket is no longer required. To avoid data charges, you can download your emailed eTickets(s) to your device prior to coming to the theatre.
For Regular Popcorn
- Bring your coupon (physically printed or on your mobile device) to the theatre and present it at a concession counter
